Shipping Policy

Rongpet offers a variety of the shipping methods listed below, as well as free shipping in England on many of our products. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages.

Shipments cannot be redirected once a package has been shipped.

All orders requiring replacement due to shipping errors or damage in transit will be shipped long distance. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.
Although we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third party suppliers, we recognize that sometimes a product or particular delivery method may not meet our standards or specified delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues that may arise, it is strongly recommended that you wait to receive and inspect your products as we cannot be held responsible for any delays in scheduled work.
Abroad
Depending on where you are located, Rongpet may be able to ship a purchase internationally. Please email us your address at rongcheng20@outlook.com. so that we can check the tariff and service area to confirm whether shipping is possible. International orders may take 7-12 business days to ship.
